Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. If buying plugs, please read the 'How to Order' statement first. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and choose your invoice and shipping destination. After clicking next you will be asked to fill contact and payment details.
We accept payment via:
Credit/Debit Card - Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, American Express, Solo and JCB.
PayPal
Telephone payment using the above debit and credit cards.
Unless paying by PayPal, we do not charge for any ordered or backordered item until it is ready to ship.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Free shipping on 10cm herb plant orders above 15 plants and herb plant gift packs in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. A delivery charge of £3.99 will be added for orders under 15 plants in these regions.

The packaging is made from recylced materials. Any plastics are from recylced plastics and the cardboard is from recylced cardboard and pulp sourced from sustainable woodland. |
Delivery Schedule Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend. We aim to dispatch orders within two days of receipt of order according to the day of the week. However, during the busy plant season, please allow up to seven days before dispatch.
Gift packs will be timed to arrive on a day specified by you. Plug plant gifts are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Herb Plant gifts are sent by courier to arrive on Tuesday - Friday only. |

| Tax Charges Herb Plants and Herb Plug Plants which are not predominately culinary plants attract Vat at 17.5%. This has been included in the price of your plants where applicable but will be shown, for tax purposes, in detail on the checkout page and invoice. |
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

| Guarantee We wish to provide customers with quality plants and service. Every effort will be made to ensure that plants are true to name and in perfect condition when leaving the nursery. Please examine your delivery carefully and report any problems by telephone within 24hours, followed by a letter within seven days. Our liability for plants supplied is limited, at our option, to the replacement of those plants or a refund of the price paid. We regret that we cannot accept liabilty beyond 24 hours from delivery date for plants that fail to thrive due to unsuitable care, neglect, adverse weather conditions or other causes beyond our control.
