Description: A very beautiful plant with deep green leaves splashed with purple and long flower spikes of bright mauve-pink. Perhaps not the flavour of the classic tender varieties but this can be forgiven because African basil has the huge advantage of being a perennial. Keep warm and dry inside during cooler months.
